December 05, 20254th Natural Pigment Festival

【Announcement of Group Exhibition Participation】

4th Natural Pigment Festival

I am pleased to participate in the 4th Natural Pigment Festival again this year.
I will exhibit two works created using pigments made from stones collected in Iceland and Nasushiobara in Tochigi Prefecture, combined with cloisonné enamel.

About the Exhibition
This exhibition is organized by volunteer members of the NPO “Research Association of Natural Pigments and Pulverization Originating from Mt. Fuji”, which explores the role of art, craft, and design in a sustainable society aligned with the SDGs. The members examine these themes through “natural pigments physically created through pulverization,” and promote the concepts of the “Natural Pigment Renaissance” and a “New Arts & Crafts Movement” to audiences worldwide.

Workshops
Visitors can enjoy free stencil and stamp workshops, selected from a series of programs that were highly acclaimed at the Poland Pavilion, Canada Pavilion, and Jordan Pavilion during the Osaka–Kansai Expo.
